The VUCA world has turned the old paradigm of top down leading obsolete. Indeed trying to live up to that old ideal of leading with answers overwhelms those who lead and paralyses their companies. Many leaders are still stuck in the old model. We do, however, see many other leaders taking step after step towards becoming future proof leaders.
