The University of St. Gallen offers:

Regenerative Leadership Retreat: Finding Purpose in Leadership through Connection

It runs from 21 – 25 August 2022 in Switzerland. The application deadline is 19 July.

While connecting with like-minded peers, you’ll explore and realise regenerative leadership in your role.

What to expect

You will:

  • Develop a deep understanding of your unique role in tackling humanity’s existential crisis
  • Create clarity on your resources, obstacles, and direction for your next steps
  • Explore concrete methods and tools for enacting regenerative leadership in your life and organisation
  • Connect with a community of like-minded peers and potential allies

What we love about it

Leadership without purpose is no leadership at all. This programme allows you to connect to purpose and to weave it through how you lead. It does so through structured and skillful immersion in nature. Your guides, @RuthFörster and @AnaisSägesser, will grow your leadership in the very context which most needs it: our natural environment.

Why it matters to leadership in organisations

Organisations cannot become more purpose driven, balancing people, planet and profit, through a Zoom call, nor in the context of a balance sheet or profit and loss statement. To develop the type of leadership which will regenerate organisations and our environment, we need to return to what we all share. We need to connect to ourselves and each other in new ways, or through old ways which have been forgotten. The future of organisations is not building better widgets more efficiently; it is regeneration.
